  • Note: All attendees of the Expo must be 21+ years of age with valid photo ID showing proof of age. Anyone under 21 years of age will not be allowed at the show.

    All Winery Exhibitor booths must be paid in full within 15 days of a signed contract. To receive the EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT, full payment must be received on or before April 1, 2018.

    Please make checks payable to "Bricker Group, LLC" and note the booth #.

    If paying by Credit Card you will be emailed an invoice/statement to pay online.

    We fully understand that this form shall become a binding contract upon acceptance of exhibit space by the applicant and is subject to the terms and conditions and rules and regulations set forth herein. We have read and understand the various policies of the Expo/Conference, including the General Registration Information, Cancellation/Refund Policy, and Terms and Conditions.
