Terms and Conditions
Festival Show Hours:
Friday, June 22nd – 6:30 p.m. to 10.00 p.m.
When is the latest I can set up my booth / When is the earliest I can tear down my booth?
All displays must be in place and display material, cartons and refuse removed from the aisles by 6:00 pm, June 22. Exhibitors may begin setting up their booths on June 22nd beginning at 4:00 p.m. and tear down no earlier than 9:30 p.m.
Exhibitor Booth Specifics
All booths are 10’x 20’ and include (2) tall back drape, (2) short side drapes, (2) 6ft table clothed and skirted, (2) chairs, plus:
- All booths have complimentary WiFi, 120/20 AMP Single Phase Electric and wastebasket
- Drape colors are a combination of black/white
- Table skirts are black
- Table cloths covers are black
- Carpet is gray/black. Exhibit floor is already fully carpeted at no charge, however, you are welcome to bring your own carpet to place over it.
- Free Trailer Parking
How many booth staff badges do I receive with my booth?
Exhibitors receive up to (3) complimentary Festival badges per/booth.
Note: Exhibitor badges may only be used for active exhibitor staff who will be working the booth during the Festival (not for clients, guests, etc.)
Can I serve food at my booth?
No. Food is provided by multiple resteraunts at the Festival for no charge with your Exhibitor Badge. You may provide samples of your wine as well as sell bottles of your wine to the public.
Am I able to load in and set up my booth on my own or do I need to hire labor?
The RiverCenter is non-union! You are welcome to load in, set up, tear down and load out your booth on your own. Forklifts and the labor to operate are available to rent from the RiverCenter (Additional Booth Amenities).
Do you have a show logo I can use to promote my booth?
The GRAPEVINE Magazine Wine Festival 2018 logo may only be used to promote the company’s attendance at the show. The logo may not be used to create merchandise or giveaways before, at, or after the show without prior, written approval from show management.
Am I required to carry insurance / provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for the show?
Exhibitors are advised to carry floater insurance to cover exhibit material against damage and loss, and public liability insurance against injury to the person and property of others. It is further understood and agreed that The GRAPEVINE Magazine Midwest Viniculture Expo and the RiverCenter shall in no event be held liable to an exhibitor for any lost profits, sales, business opportunities or any other type of direct or consequential damages alleged to be due from a breach of this contract.
Do I need to pre-register my booth staff for the show?
Yes, all booth staff must pre-register for the show by June 1, 2018. Failing to do so will cause long delays when checking in at the event. The Exhibitor Registration form provides space for you to list your booth staff.
Additional Badges (for purchase):
Additional Wine Festival badges may be purchased at a price of $35 each.
Note: All Attendees of the Expo and Wine Festival must be 21+ years of age with valid photo ID showing proof of age. Anyone under 21 years of age will not be allowed at the show.
Can I change an existing Festival Registration (i.e. change the name on the registration, change the conference option, etc.)?
