If you have different electrical requirements, please, note that electrical is outsourced and will need to be ordered in advanced to receive the following rates for a 2-day event.   • Booth Payment

    All 10 x 10 booths and Sponsorships must be paid in full within 15 days of signed contract. All other booths a minimum deposit of 50% must accompany signed contract. Final balance is due on or before December 1, 2017 for the remaining 50% of the booth cost.

    We fully understand that this form shall become a binding contract upon acceptance of exhibit space by the applicant and is subject to the terms and conditions and rules and regulations set forth herein. We have read and understand the various policies of the Expo/Conference, including the General Registration Information, Cancellation/Refund Policy, Terms and Conditions, and Payment Policy.
