General Registration Information
How many booth staff badges do I receive with my booth?
Exhibitors receive up to the following complimentary Expo badges per/booth:
10×10 – 2 badges
10×20 – 3 badges
20×20 – 5 badges
20×30 – 6 badges
Exhibitors with spaces larger than 600 square feet will receive a maximum of 10 trade show only badges.
Note: exhibitor badges may only be used for active exhibitor staff who will be working the booth during the show (not for clients, guests, etc.)
How do I order furniture, carpet or any sort of booth display package for my booth?
You will find additional booth amenities offered by the RiverCenter under the “Exhibitor” tab. You will order these when you fill out the online Registration Form.
How do I order water or other utilities for my booth?
Basic electric and WiFi are included in all booth packages. You will find additional booth amenities offered by the RiverCenter at Additional Booth Amenities. You will order these when you fill out the online Registration Form.
Can I serve food at my booth?
You can certainly order food to provide to attendees by contacting the RiverCenter directly at:
Am I able to load in and set up my booth on my own or do I need to hire labor?
The RiverCenter is non-union! You are welcome to load in, set up, tear down and load out your booth on your own. Forklifts and the labor to operate are available to rent from the RiverCenter (see Additional Booth Amenities). Please contact the RiverCenter directly to contract these services – Brad Curry, email@example.com.
When is the latest I can set up my booth / When is the earliest I can tear down my booth?
All displays must be in place and display material, cartons and refuse removed from the aisles by 8:00 am, June 20. Exhibitors may begin setting up their booths beginning at noon on June 19 and between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. June 20.
Exhibitors may begin tear down of their booth no earlier than 4:30 pm June 21. Also between 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 pm on June 22.
Do you have a show logo I can use to promote my booth?
The GRAPEVINE Midwest Expo 2018 logo may only be used to promote the company’s attendence at the show. The logo may not be used to create merchandise or giveaways before, at, or after the show without prior, written approval from show management.

Am I required to carry insurance / provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for the show?
Exhibitors are advised to carry floater insurance to cover exhibit material against damage and loss, and public liability insurance against injury to the person and property of others. It is further understood and agreed that The GRAPEVINE Magazine Midwest Viniculture Expo and the RiverCenter shall in no event be held liable to an exhibitor for any lost profits, sales, business opportunities or any other type of direct or consequential damages alleged to be due from a breach of this contract.
Do I need to pre-register my booth staff for the show?
Yes, all booth staff must pre-register for the show by June 1, 2018. Failing to do so will cause long delays when checking in at the event. The Exhibitor Registration form provides space for you to list your booth staff.
What does my exhibitor badge allow access to?
Trade show badges include: access to exhibition hall during official trade show hours as well as setup and dismantle days and lunch for both days of the trade show.
Trade show badges do not include access to conference seminars or special events outside of the Trade Show/Conference.
Additional Badges (for purchase):
Additional Trade Show Only badges may be purchased at a price of $150 each, Welcome Reception, Wine Festival, Captain’s Riverboat Dinner Cruise and Lunch for both days of the trade show.
Full Conference Upgrades (includes seminars): may be purchased for $210. These badges include access to the trade show as well as conference seminars, Welcome Reception, Wine Festival, Captain’s Riverboat Dinner Cruise and Lunch for both days of the trade show.
Welcome Reception Only (June 19) for $30.00 each
Can I change an existing badge registration (i.e. change the name on the registration, change the conference option, etc.)?
To modify a registration, you may email firstname.lastname@example.org.
What are the terms and conditions for exhibiting?
